Ohio Hi-Point Recognizes 2024-25 Students of the Month

Ohio Hi-Point Career Center recognized its 2024-25 Students of the Month during the Board of Education meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
​

Students were selected based on leadership, dependability, work ethic, communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving, and trustworthiness. Honorees are nominated and voted on by staff members.
The following students were honored:

Bellefontaine High School – Elias Abrego (Engineering), Marialaura Machado Araujo (Health Careers Academy), Emma Campbell (Health Careers Academy), Ayden Clary (Exercise Science) Katelynn Wireman (Graphic Media Arts Academy)
Benjamin Logan High School – Hayley Deitsch (Health Careers Academy)
Graham High School – Weston Helman (Graphic Media Arts Academy)
Indian Lake High School – Latasha Alig (Health Careers Academy), Jazmyn Doty (Cosmetology), Gabrielle Koon (Education Academy), Laila Lynch (Graphic Media Arts Academy), Mallory Pummell (Education Academy), Andrew Stroud (Health Careers Academy)
Riverside High School – Sarah Russell (Education Academy)
Urbana High School – Lilliana Diaz (Animal Science), Zach Maser (Heavy Equipment)
Waynesfield-Goshen High School – Jordyn Green (Health Careers Academy)
West Liberty-Salem High School – Alyssa Mueller (Health Careers Academy)

The Students of the Month will also be recognized during the 2025 Convocation Ceremony as they lead the processional.
