Benjamin Logan Schools Proudly Announce Governor’s Merit Scholarship Recipients for 2024–2025 Academic Year

​Benjamin Logan Schools are delighted to announce that seven of our outstanding seniors have been awarded the prestigious Governor’s Merit Scholarship (GMS) for the 2024–2025 academic year. The scholarship program, designed to encourage Ohio’s top students to continue their education within the state, recognizes students who are in the top 5% of their graduating class.

The GMS provides up to $5,000 in financial assistance annually and is renewable for up to four years of full-time college instruction. Importantly, the scholarship covers not just tuition and fees but can also be applied towards books, equipment, room and board, and transportation up to the college’s published Cost of Attendance.

This year’s recipients from Benjamin Logan High School, demonstrating exceptional academic achievement and leadership, include:
