Ben Logan Boys Bowling Finishes 4th at Home Holiday Classic

The Benjamin Logan Boys Bowling team delivered a standout performance at the 2nd Annual Raider Holiday Classic on Saturday at TP Lanes, finishing 4th overall out of 17 teams after an impressive qualifying round and a strong showing in championship play.

The Benjamin Logan Boys Bowling team delivered a standout performance at the 2nd Annual Raider Holiday Classic on Saturday at TP Lanes, finishing 4th overall out of 17 teams after an impressive qualifying round and a strong showing in championship play.

Varsity Lights Up the Lanes in Qualifying
The Raiders came out firing, posting conventional game scores of 1006, 991, and 1046 for a remarkable 3043 total, then adding Baker games of 166 and 195 for a qualifying round total of 3404. Their consistency and power earned them the #2 seed heading into the championship bracket.

Individual varsity highlights included:
• Dylan Stewart: 235, 204, 235 — 674 series, earning 5th place on the Boys All-Tournament Team
• Colton Klopfenstein: 197, 195, 237 — 629 series
• Conner Chambers: 196, 222, 175 — 593 series
• Jace Lyons: 223, 151, 219 — 593 series
• Wyatt LeVan: 155, 219, 180 — 554 series

Centerville placed first in qualifying but was unable to finish the tournament due to weather concerns and a recall from their administration.

Championship Round Results
In bracket play, the Raiders defeated Fort Loramie, winning two of three Baker games. They advanced to face Bellefontaine, dropping two of three in a tight match, finishing the day 4th overall.

JV Results
The JV squad finished 11th out of 17 teams, posting conventional games of 723, 868, and 771 for a 2362 total, plus Baker games of 166 and 145 for a total of 2673. They missed the cut for the championship round but had several strong individual performances:
• Kaden Stevens led the JV with a 522 series (174, 203, 145)
• Paxton Henry closely followed with a 521 series (147, 171, 203)
• Pierce Jenkins rolled a 445 series (171, 132, 142)
• Colt Brugler added a 437 series (140, 153, 144)
• Taydin Miller stepped in off the bench, delivering games of 209 and 137 for a 346 series

1st – Celina High School
2nd – Bellefontaine High School Varsity
Girls Division:
1st – Bryan High School
2nd – Bellefontaine High School JV

• BLHS Senior Maddy Hamm – 2nd Place, Girls Division
• BLHS Junior Dylan Stewart – 5th Place, Boys Division

The Raiders will look to carry this momentum into upcoming conference action.
