Eighteen graduating seniors were awarded scholarships funded by the Board and community partners, totaling more than $30,000. The awards include the prestigious Harold & Barbara Marker Academic Scholarships, with several students receiving $4,000 or more.
Additionally, the Board approved cafeteria pricing for the 2025-26 school year, continuing the district’s commitment to student wellness by offering free breakfast to all students. Lunch prices were set as follows:
Personnel UpdatesThe Board accepted seven staff resignations, including several teachers at the elementary and middle school levels. In their place, 12 new hires were approved across grades K–12, as well as one contract renewal and several summer and substitute appointments. A number of supplemental positions were also filled, covering coaching, music, drama, and event supervision roles for the coming school year.
