Benjamin Logan Girls Soccer Battles Shawnee to Scoreless Draw in Mad River Division Clash

​The Benjamin Logan Lady Raiders and the Shawnee Braves squared off Thursday night in a matchup with major Mad River Division implications. Both teams entered the game near the top of the standings—Shawnee at 7-1 and Benjamin Logan at 8-1—and neither side gave an inch, resulting in a hard-fought 0-0 tie.
Ben Logan Head Coach Kyle Trees praised the effort and intensity from both squads, saying, “Both teams took each other’s best shots. It was championship soccer at its finest—both teams played their hearts out today.”
The draw keeps the Lady Raiders in the thick of the division race as they prepare for another rivalry test. They’ll be back on the road Monday to face Indian Lake.

BL Volleyball Sweeps 3 Matches at Shawnee

​The Lady Raiders took to the road to play Springfield Shawnee in a CBC Mad River Division volleyball match on Tuesday evening. Benjamin Logan earned a program sweep with all three squads going home with a win. The Varsity scores were 25-23, 25-17, 25-19.

BL Girls Golf Team Finishes 4th at CBC Tournament; Bramlage Named to 1st Team

The Benjamin Logan varsity girls golf team finished in 4th place in the Mad River division with 410 points at the CBC golf tournament on Tuesday at Locust Hills Golf Course. 

Catherine Bramlage earned first team CBC honors. Kaylynn Crumm, Leah Braddock, and Annika Schmidt earned CBC honorable mention. Leah Braddock won the CBC sportsmanship award. ​

The Benjamin Logan varsity girls golf team avenged an early season loss to Ridgemont on Monday night at Liberty Hills Golf Course. Benjamin Logan shot a season low 196. Ridgemont finished with a team score of 205. Catherine Bramlage was co-medalist with a score of 47. ​

Indian Lake Cross Country Shines at Eaton Invitational

The Indian Lake Cross Country teams turned in strong performances at the 55th Annual Eaton Invitational on Saturday, highlighted by several personal records (PRs) and top finishes.

The Indian Lake High School girls team placed 3rd overall, while the boys team claimed 5th place.

In the boys’ gold race, Cason Lacher (19th, 18:30 PR) and Nathan White (25th, 18:39 PR) both medaled. They were joined by Aiden Stinebaugh (35th, 19:03), Titus Kelly (44th, 19:35), and Will Faler (46th, 19:45), keeping the team’s five-man gap to just 1:15.

The 7th grade Raiders continued their undefeated season, improving to 3-0 with a 36-0 shutout victory.

The Benjamin Logan Junior High volleyball teams faced Tecumseh last night, and both squads came away with impressive wins.

The 7th grade Lady Raiders battled back after dropping the opening set 7–25, rallying to win the next two sets 25–18 and 25–20 to secure the match. The team combined for 8 kills, 5 assists, 1 block, 9 aces, and 23 digs in the victory.
