The ceremony starts at 7 o’clock at AcuSport Stadium.

This year’s BHS Distinguished Alumni are Dr. Timothy Smith (Class of ’07), Ben Stahler (Class of ’78), and Christina Burt (Class of ’93).

Bellefontaine City Schools will mark the end of the 2024–25 academic year with an early dismissal on the final day of classes.

Each school building will release students one hour early on Thursday, May 29th to kick off summer break.

Families are encouraged to make note of the adjusted schedule as students wrap up their final day.

The district wishes all students, families, and staff a safe and enjoyable summer. The 2025–26 school year is set to begin on Wednesday, September 3rd.

Ohio Hi-Point Partners with Logan County Historical Society to Preserve Local History

Students at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center used their career skills to preserve and protect Logan County’s rich history thanks to a new partnership with the Logan County Historical Society.

When Historical Society Curator Todd McCormick brought up that several historical markers around the county needed to be repaired, Ohio Hi-Point Career Awareness Coordinator and Historical Society board member Mark Butler saw an opportunity for the organization to collaborate with OHP. The result was a hands-on community service project involving multiple career labs.
