Youth Soccer: Calvary and Indian Lake Duel in 2-2 Tie

​Saturday at Indian Lake, Calvary Christian U9 #2 squared off with Indian Lake U9 #4 in a regular season match. The game started fast and was evenly matched with Indian Lake jumping out to a 1-0 lead with a goal by #2 Andre Miller right before the half.

After the halftime break, Indian Lake netted another goal by #6 Trace Daulton on a breakaway to go up 2-0. Calvary regrouped and shuffled up the lineup and soon Hayes Roell dribbled to the corner and placed a pass across the front of the goal and Titus Moore was there to put a goal in for the Spartans to move closer to the Lakers 2-1. A few minutes later the Spartan's Crewe Daulton moved through multiple defenders with the ball and found Moore for his 2nd goal of the day to even up the score 2-0. 

For the rest of the match, both teams played evenly, with multiple goalies and defenders making big saves to keep the result at 2-2.
