West Liberty Lions Club to Host Community Fish Fry on May 31

The West Liberty Lions Club is inviting the community to enjoy a delicious evening meal at their upcoming Fish Fry on Saturday, May 31. The event will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the main shelter house at Lions Park.

This classic community gathering will feature a full fish dinner, with adult meals priced at $15 and children’s meals at $8. Each plate includes pollock fish, green beans, cole slaw or applesauce, roll and butter, a cookie, and a drink—offering great food and great value for the whole family.

​The Fish Fry is part of a daylong lineup of events for the annual Sawdust and

Bluegrass celebration at the park, which also includes a sawmill demonstration, music, and other activities. The Lions Club Fish Fry provides an opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and support local initiatives while enjoying a hearty meal in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

All proceeds from the Fish Fry support the West Liberty Lions Club’s charitable efforts in the local community. No tickets are needed in advance—just stop by and enjoy!
