Mad River Mountain Kicks Off the Season on December 13th!

Mad River Mountain is ready to welcome skiers and snowboarders for Opening Day this Friday, December 13, at 3:00 p.m. Celebrate the start of the season with free doughnuts, swag giveaways, and the thrill of hitting the slopes!

Opening Day Highlights:

• Lifts Open: Quad, Flight Deck, Carpet, Discovery Handle Tow, Sundowner​

• Trails Open: Sundowner, Valleyview, Summit, Mad River, Discovery Learning Area, Fanny Hill Learning Area, LVLP

The snow guns are running, with plans to expand trail access soon.

Early Season Hours:

• Friday, Dec. 13: 3 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 14: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday, Dec. 15: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Monday – Thursday, Dec. 16-19: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
