Logan County Libraries to Host Local Author Meet & Greet on August 23

Book lovers and aspiring writers are invited to a special Local Author Meet & Greet hosted by Logan County Libraries on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Knowlton Library’s Goodrich Community Room.

​This free event offers a unique opportunity to connect with six talented local authors: A.A. Stevenson, Steve Hooley, Monica Hill,

A.J. Sims, Mandee Lamb, and Mick Paul. Attendees will have the chance to chat with the authors, learn about their writing journeys, and purchase signed copies of their books.

Light refreshments will be provided, and to sweeten the deal, the first 20 guests will receive a swag bag filled with book-themed goodies.

Whether you’re a lifelong reader or simply curious about local literary talent, the Author Meet & Greet promises a relaxed and inspiring afternoon celebrating stories and storytelling.
