Logan County Health District Launches Wellness Wednesday Program

​Today marks the launch of the Logan County Health District's newest initiative, Wellness Wednesday, aimed at promoting community health and safety. Scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Wellness Wednesday will be hosted at The Logan County Health District, located at 310 South Main St, Bellefontaine, Ohio.

​Wellness Wednesday serves as a vital resource for Logan County residents, offering a range of services including counseling referrals, disease control, harm reduction materials, health education, and more. This program underscores the health district's commitment to ensuring a healthy and safe community through proactive measures and accessible care.

• Disease Control (Mary Rutan)
• Fentanyl Test Strips
• Harm Reduction Kit (including various supplies)
• Health Education Materials
• Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Vaccine
• HIV and Syphilis Testing, with referrals for treatment
• Hepatitis C Testing and Treatment Referrals (CHWP)
• Medication Lock Boxes
• Narcan Kits & Training
