Logan County Family and Children First Council Partners with Operation Warm to Provide Winter Coats and Shoes

For the first time, the Logan County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) is partnering with Operation Warm to bring free winter coats and shoes to young people in need. This program aims to help families keep their children warm and comfortable during the cold months.

​Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, families must meet the guidelines for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), which includes participation in programs like Medicaid, WIC, SNAP, or Cash Assistance. Income eligibility is determined by household size and monthly income:

If you believe your family qualifies, you’ll need to complete and submit the TANF Eligibility Form for funded services.
