Logan County CSEA Ensures Child Support Compliance and Assistance for Families

Logan County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), a division of Logan County Job and Family Services, administers the Child Support Enforcement program to assure the agency is following all federal and state mandates. County CSEA Agencies are responsible for tracking and monitoring case activities to assure agency is meeting required goals for assisting families. CSEA works with many community partners for both enforcement of support orders and education of the public on the importance of supporting

children. A close partner is the Logan County OhioMeansJobs Center located within the same Agency to assist parents with obtaining employment and acquiring better employment or training. CSEA also works with employers who have income withholding questions or concerns.

​The Logan County CSEA establishes paternity and child support orders, enforces child support and spousal support orders, and works with both parties in review and adjust support orders. This includes the termination of support orders upon the emancipation of a minor child (normally graduation from high school) or changes of custody

The best advice for parents with child support orders is to stay in contact with the Agency and report all changes including changes of address or contact information, changes in custody, court activity, changes in health insurance coverage, and any change in employment.

• Locate Noncustodial Parents

• Modify Child Support Orders
• Assist Employers in the Withholding of Child Support Payments​

Child Support Payments: The Logan County CSEA accepts cash payments (exact change required) as well as payments by check, money order or credit card. We also accept payments by cash, check, or money order for individuals with support orders from other counties.

In addition, the Ohio Office of Child Support has created a Mobile Application which enables parents to view all their child support information. Parents with child support orders can download the child support app from the App Store or Google Play.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. There is a secure drop box at the entrance that is available 24/7.
