Knowlton Library to Host Folk Music Workshop for Kids

​Children in grades 2-6 are invited to explore the world of folk music at Knowlton Library on Thursday, March 20, from 6:00-7:00 PM. The Mad River Valley Dulcimer Society will present "An Introduction to Folk Music and the Dulcimer," a hands-on workshop designed to introduce young learners to traditional folk instruments.

Participants will rotate through six interactive stations, where they will have the opportunity to play a variety of instruments and learn about the history and significance of folk music. This unique experience aims to foster a love for music while providing a fun and educational environment.
