In the new program, individuals who work for a Wittenberg Preferred Partner, or are the dependent of such an individual, and are admitted to Wittenberg can earn a $1,000 Preferred Partner Scholarship to pursue an undergraduate degree. Undergraduate students must maintain full-time enrollment or their $1,000 Preferred Partner Scholarship will be pro-rated accordingly with their enrolled credits. The program will also allow qualifying Preferred Partner employees a 25 percent discount on tuition to pursue graduate studies in analytics, education and sports administration. “We are excited that Clark State is our inaugural partner in this program,” added Maribeth Stevens, vice president for enrollment management at Wittenberg. “Our shared commitment to serving our community and previously established partnerships make our joint work on this initiative all the more rewarding. We now look forward to expanding our work together for Clark State employees to pursue a Wittenberg degree.” Wittenberg’s and Clark State’s already strong partnership in terms of academic and transfer pathways for Clark State students made this new engagement a natural one for the two Springfield, Ohio-based institutions.
