NAME: Micah Ackley
SCHOOL: Benjamin Logan High School PARENTS: Dan and Tracey Ackley School activities and awards: FFA, Track, Cross Country, Cross Country Sportsmanship Award, FFA Greenhand Degree, FFA Chapter Degree, FFA State Degree, and Gold Rated Officer (Treasurer) If I were principal for a day: I would let cattle walk around in the school and have tractors in the parking lots. Favorite school memory: Leaving the state for the first time and going to the National FFA Convention in Indiana. I had a great time with the people who went on the trip, even if they took my hat a few times. People who have been an inspiration to me include: My family, of course, especially my brothers and my Paps, along with many others. Lately, I have been reading: Like a River by Granger Smith, and the Bible. My advice to parents: Give all the support you possibly can to your kids and always be their biggest cheerleaders especially through the rough times, and no matter what trust in God. My biggest regret: Not doing a whole lot of CCP classes. I wish I did a few more, along with joining more clubs. Next year I will be: Attending Ohio State ATI in Wooster majoring in Agronomy.
