The night kicks off at 5:45 p.m. with live jazz from the BLHS Jazz Combo, followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the high school commons. The full event will feature lively performances from both the high school and middle school jazz ensembles and combos, showcasing the talent and heart of the Benjamin Logan music program.
The evening also includes a BBQ-themed dinner, with favorites like pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, cheesy potatoes, and coleslaw. Guests can participate in a silent auction featuring student artwork, a bake sale, and a 50/50 raffle. Commemorative “Improvising A Cure” t-shirts will be sold during the event. Those who would like to wear theirs to the concert can pre-order online before midnight on Thursday, April 10. T-shirt Order Form Freshman Tony Tambaro is being recognized for designing this year’s event poster and logo—adding a creative student touch to an already meaningful tradition. The Benjamin Logan community is invited to come together in this relaxed setting to support a great cause, celebrate the joy of jazz, and uplift the fight against cancer through the power of music. Let the music move you—and help us “improvise a cure” for Logan County. Not receiving our content regularly?
