Ben Logan 7th Graders Stop Crucial 2-Point Conversion in 8-6 Victory over WL-S

In a hard-fought battle, the Benjamin Logan Raiders 7th grade football team edged out West Liberty-Salem 8-6 on Saturday morning. The Raiders' defense came up big, stopping West Liberty-Salem’s 2-point conversion attempt to secure the win.

Defensive standout Nevada Coleman led the way with 12 tackles and a sack, while Anson Nicols added 7 tackles and forced a fumble. Madden Palmer, Cayde Buck, and Brayden Sims contributed with 4 tackles each.

On offense, Cayde Buck caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from Luke Long, and Nevada Coleman powered through for 94 rushing yards and a crucial 2-point conversion.
