New Primary Care Provider Joins Mary Rutan Health

Mary Rutan Health welcomes Abdul Dada, MD, as a primary care provider at Mary Rutan Internal Medicine and the Mary Rutan Urbana Clinic. Dr. Dada is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is now accepting new patients at the Bellefontaine office, at 2231 Timber Trail, and the Urbana office, at 1880 E. US Hwy 36.

Dr. Abdul Dada was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, to his parents, who were refugees. After finishing high school, he decided to stay in Columbus and become a Buckeye at The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. Ohio School Safety Center Promotes Statewide Tip Line to Keep Schools Safe

The Ohio School Safety Center is urging students, parents, and community members to use the statewide tip line to help keep schools safe. By calling or texting 844-723-3764, individuals can anonymously report anything suspicious or potentially harmful, including bullying, drugs, weapons, threats, gang activity, self-harm, and other concerns.

The tip line, known as the Safer Ohio School Tip Line, is available 24/7 to receive reports that could help prevent incidents and protect students, staff, and schools across Ohio. In addition to calls and texts, information and resources are available on their website at saferschools.ohio.gov.
