VowsToKeep Marriage Ministries is now hiring for a part-time, paid Communications Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to join their mission-driven team. This flexible, work-from-home opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about strengthening marriages through faith and effective communication.

The position offers 6–10 hours per week, a flexible schedule, and occasional in-person meetings or events. It’s ideal for

someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with the organization’s Christ-centered values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (graphics, podcast and event promotions)
• Coordinate incoming communications and manage contact databases
• Oversee podcast uploads, scheduling, and promotion
• Maintain and update website content (event pages, news)
• Assist with event planning and promotion, including sponsor outreach and volunteer coordination
• Provide administrative support to the President, including donor relations and campaign coordination

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with graphic design and social media content creation
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
• Organized, self-directed, and innovative
• Comfortable with outreach and prayer in a faith-based setting
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with the organization’s statement of faith (What We Believe)
