Job Description:
The Midwest Regional ESC is seeking a compassionate and qualified SWD Instructional Assistant – Float to support Special Education Units at Indian Lake Schools. This full-time position involves working with students with disabilities in a supportive classroom environment and assisting with individualized instruction and care.

✅ Qualifications:

• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio State Board of Education
• Prior experience working with students with special needs is a plus
• Must be dependable, adaptable, and willing to float between multiple SWD classrooms as needed
