Position Overview
​The Midwest Regional ESC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SWD Instructional Assistant to support students in the SWD Unit at Benjamin Logan Elementary School. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and supporting their educational and developmental needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid State Board of Education Educational Aide Permit
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to student success
