​Job Description:
The Midwest Regional ESC is seeking a dedicated SWD Instructional Assistant to support the SWD Unit at Indian Lake Elementary School. This full-time role will work closely with students and staff to ensure educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in providing a supportive and structured learning environment
• Support students with special needs as per their educational plans
• Engage in regular training and professional development
  
  

Requirements:

• Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid State Board of Education Educational Aide Permit
