Production Associate 1 – Honda Russells Point

Shift: 2nd and 3rd
Salary Range: $24.65 - $33.70/hour (+ $1.10 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Assemble or manufacture units following established procedures.
• Address safety, quality, cost, and delivery issues as they arise.

​Qualifications

• At least 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Problem-solving skills in a production setting.
• Maintain 99% attendance and work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling carts.
