Mary Rutan Health is seeking a Patient Registrar to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, this role is essential in providing a welcoming and efficient experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
• Complete pre-registration, onsite registration, and check-in for all appointments.
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, benefit eligibility, and appointment confirmation.
• Perform clerical duties including answering phones, organizing patient information, and maintaining professional communication.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an office setting or patient registration preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong keyboarding skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
