Job Title: Case Worker
Location: Bellefontaine, OH (Hybrid Remote Potential)
Pay: $45,780 - $48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts

​Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Case Worker to join our team and work with families to provide essential social services. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for children's and families' rights and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support services to clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage cases by coordinating services, monitoring progress, and advocating for clients.
• Collaborate with professionals such as therapists, teachers, and healthcare providers.
• Utilize conflict management strategies to resolve issues with clients.
• Stay updated on family law and testify in court as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in social work or child protective services.
• Conflict management and crisis resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of child welfare and ability to assess welfare situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field, or an associate’s degree with a commitment to complete a bachelor’s within five years of employment.
