Pay: $33,000 - $55,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Are you a master organizer with a talent for keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? McMillanCo, a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution firm, is seeking an Office Manager to be the backbone of our operations and the CEO’s go-to problem solver.

​What You'll Do:

• Handle customer billing, collections, and process sales orders.
• Maintain financial budgets and enter production data.
• Manage office supplies, IT systems, and vendor relationships.
• Be the CEO’s calendar manager and email guru.
• Oversee facilities, plan events, and handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate travel, track expense reports, and keep office culture thriving.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (bonus if you’re a pro multitasker).
• Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfort working in the office with some flexibility to work from home.
