NX Automotive Logistics Hiring Production/Warehouse Manager – East Liberty, OH

NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. (NXAL), a trusted logistics partner in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Production/Warehouse Manager to join its leadership team in East Liberty, Ohio. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and team management who are ready to lead in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

​Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safety-first culture throughout the facility
• Support supervisors with 5S/COP activities and weekly audits
• Prepare and present business plans and performance results
• Manage department staffing, space, and equipment planning
• Train and develop team members; conduct evaluations for supervisors and assistant managers
• Lead problem-solving and corrective actions to improve processes
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing potential new hires
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Foster a culture of communication, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in warehouse or production settings
• Strong knowledge of material services, transportation, and warehouse operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency with administrative software and project management
• Ability to foster collaboration and mutual respect among teams

​Work Environment:
The role is based in a warehouse and production setting, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and some odors from equipment and packaging materials. Supervisors are expected to be mobile within the facility and may travel to other sites as needed.
