LPN - Assisted Living

Green Hills Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing lifestyle and independence, is seeking an LPN for The Inn (Assisted Living). Working under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living, the LPN will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate resident care while adhering to facility policies. Responsibilities include promoting resident independence, assisting with employee orientation and education, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
