Logan County Family Court Hiring Full-Time Resource Navigator II for Community Resource Center

The Logan County Family Court has announced a new employment opportunity for the position of Resource Navigator II at the recently established Community Resource Center. This initiative,

funded through a grant, aims to provide vital support services for local youth and families.

This full-time role includes county benefits and offers a meaningful chance to make a difference in the lives of Logan County residents. The Resource Navigator II will focus on prevention and intervention services by conducting screenings, identifying needs and strengths, and creating action plans to connect families with community resources. The position also involves organizing and facilitating in-house programming and helping families navigate local systems to reduce the risk of delinquency and out-of-home placements.

Preferred candidates will have an associate or bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with experience working with families, children, and community organizations. Proficiency with computer software and case management systems is also desired.
