The instructor will create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, parents, and supervisors to ensure student growth and development. Lessons will be based on approved early childhood curricula, promoting understanding, abilities, and everyday skills. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and educational materials to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. They must also possess or be willing to obtain a special education, intervention specialist, or pre-kindergarten certification/license.
