Job Summary: NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. is looking for Warehouse & Production Associates to join our team. As a condition of employment, successful applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and complete a background investigation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming inventory items and stock them in proper locations.
• Pick and pack inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications.
• Stage and ship inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications.
• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (forklifts, tuggers, stock pickers, turret trucks, high pay pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) to fulfill business/customer needs and delivery.
• Report any problems or concerns immediately to leadership and suggest improvements to processes for quality/safety.
• Maintain working knowledge of production systems and perform various tasks within the system.
• Follow 5S standards and keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Observe all safety precautions and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Actively participate in all activities within the production environment.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a pre-employment physical to test the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently; squat, stand, walk, twist, and bend consistently for the entire work shift.
• Background check and drug test required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Experience using trimming and banding tools, hoists, monitoring machinery, and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience with measurement tools and gauges.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving extensive use of hands and fingers.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, visually distinguish colors, and inspect items for defects.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work as part of a team with good work and safety habits.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand on concrete for up to 12 hours per shift and withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees in summer months.
• Willingness to work voluntary and mandatory overtime.
