Job Summary: Honda Development and Manufacturing of America is seeking Production Associates to join our team at TMP-OH in Russells Point, OH. Building cars is just half the story! Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Assemble or manufacture units in a production environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and problem-solve safety, quality, cost, and delivery items.

Must Haves:

• Understand verbal and written directions.
• Ability to problem-solve in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain 99% attendance.
• Ensure quality throughout the production process.
• Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed.
• Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending.
• Must have at least 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years.
