Honda Development & Manufacturing of America (HDMA) is currently seeking Equipment Service Technicians to

join its high-performance team at the East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio. This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity to work with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, innovative environment—with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on automotive manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment uptime and product quality
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for accurate problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with Honda safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field (Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or industrial experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on automation, robotics, and PLCs
• Willingness to work overtime and shift schedules, including some weekends
