The Logan Family Court is looking for a full time Clerk. The Logan County Family Court is dedicated to justice, community well-being, and partnerships that protect, support, and empower individuals and families by providing quality, timely, and respectful services

​Responsibilities and Duties:

• Timely Administration of Court Pleadings through Case Completion:
  • Filing
  • Docketing
  • Processing
  • Monitoring
• Written Correspondence (Email/Mail)
• Professional Communication
• Proofreading
• Filing
• Data Entry

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Microsoft Office and computer experience required
• Proficient in keyboarding
• Must be professional in demeanor and attitude
• Must be able to work with public, other court employees and professionals
• Verbal and Written Communication skills are key to being successful
• Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred
• Subject to a criminal background check
