DK Security Hiring Full-Time Security Specialist in Bellefontaine

​DK Security is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill a full-time Security Specialist position at a multi-warehouse distribution center for a major Midwest retailer located in Bellefontaine.

This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday midnight shift

(12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) with a competitive wage of $17.00 per hour (non-negotiable, per contract).

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing excellent customer service to client staff, visitors, and coworkers
• Monitoring and reporting suspicious activity
• Conducting foot or vehicle patrols of designated areas
• Performing access control, including verifying IDs and enforcing entry procedures
• Promoting safety and enforcing site policies
• Responding to emergencies and administering CPR/First Aid/AED if needed

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a drug screening (including for marijuana). Candidates should have a clean criminal record, strong physical endurance (ability to lift 50 lbs., walk/stand for extended periods), and be CPR/First Aid/AED certified or willing to become certified. Strong communication, integrity, and customer service skills are essential.
