📌 Open Positions
1. Eligibility Referral Specialist 2 (ERS2) – Benefits Case Manager
Salary Range: $36,961.60 – $47,881.60 (with 4–6% annual increases based on service)
Retention Payment: $300 – $1,300 annually based on years of service
Duties Include:

• Determining eligibility for public assistance programs
• Processing new applications, redeterminations, and emergency assistance cases
• Providing case management and customer service support
• Attending meetings, trainings, and workshops as required
• Entering and managing case data in multiple systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience as an ERS2 in a Job & Family Services setting
• Strong customer service and data entry skills
• Ability to use multiple computer platforms simultaneously
• Excellent attendance and positive attitude

2. Eligibility Referral Specialist 1 (ERS1) – Reception Team
Salary Range: $35,172.80 – $43,908.80
Duties Include:

• Greeting the public and answering phones
• Screening applicants to determine program eligibility
• Referring applicants to appropriate staff for case processing
• Handling mail and clerical support tasks
• Updating case information and processing case alerts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong written, verbal, and typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ability to operate general office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, scanners)
• Previous experience in public assistance preferred
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and customer service focus
