maintaining agency budget. Monitoring department budget development and compliance. Performing monthly reconciliations, audits, and financial reports when required. Develop, maintain and oversee accounting/bookkeeping, general ledger accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, grant management, agency and department purchasing, payroll, service contracts, and inventory practices according to GAAP, state, federal, and local policies and procedures. Completes the agency's annual financial expenditure cost report and five-year projections. Works with local county auditor's offices to maintain requirements and follow county procedures. Represent the agency in fiscal matters related to any audit conducted of the Board's financial records and compliance. Supervise and provide oversight in the billing, accounting, data accumulation, documentation and reconciliation of all Medicaid related billing functions to include outsourced billing contracted services. Oversees IT operations.
